Revolution Auto Parts is a fast-paced auto salvage operation, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labor / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Monroe, NC. What You Can Expect Full-time hours, Monday - Friday — no weekend work A team environment where hard work is noticed and valued Hands-on, active work — no desk, no sitting around Steady, stable schedule with room to grow Benefits after 60 days What You'll Be Doing Picking, packing, and preparing parts orders accurately and on time Receiving incoming inventory and putting parts away correctly Verifying parts against orders — catching mistakes before they become problems Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organized throughout the shift Assisting with vehicle dismantling and parts staging in the yard Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Moving and staging parts and materials as needed throughout the day What Success Looks Like Shows up every day, on time, ready to work Moves with purpose, doesn't need to be managed to stay productive Catches errors before they ship; accuracy matters as much as speed Follows the process every time, not just when someone is watching Communicates when something's wrong instead of hoping it works out Leaves their work area better than they found it Steps in to help without being asked Who Thrives Here Dependable:
