Full TimeSUMMARY Position operates manufacturing equipment that supplies raw materials to the production line, and/or fills, caps, seals, labels or packages product. Remove damaged product or supplies, as needed. Maintains required product inspection processes. Performs basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure production equipment runs efficientlyESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor line, removing or shifting materials and/or finished product as necessary to facilitate proper flow and machine operationEnsure package and product qualityOperate all manufacturing equipment efficiently and safelyClean equipment and area during and after shiftMaintain clean work area through good housekeeping practicesExpedite repairs to line; working with maintenance as necessaryKeep daily records of down time and machine operationsOTHER DUTIES

Education and/or Experience High School Diploma or GED Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations Previous experience operating a pallet jack and fork lift.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
Computer Skills Basic computer knowledge and skills Language Skills Basic English (reading, writing, and verbal) Mathematical Skills Intermediate Other Skills Working with high-speed production machinery (for example, operating machines that produce end-user consumables or machines that manufacture food) Troubleshooting basic mechanical systems (making minor repairs using simple hand tools) Preparing documentation (detailing work and process flows) Reading and using standards of operations (for example, understanding and using processes, procedures, or workflow documentation)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience working in a Manufacturing environmentPHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position requires lifting/carrying cases weighing between 20-45 pounds repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period. This position requires walking or standing most of the time during 10-12 hour shift and may include stooping, crawling and crouching over and under conveyors While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee uses computer and telephone equipment.WORK ENVIRONMENT
