Job Description

Pay:
$15.50•$17.50 an hour (Depending on experience, shift, and position offered)
Job Type:
Full-time Job Description We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. We currently have multiple positions and shifts available, ranging from entry-level manufacturing to experienced machine operation and warehouse roles. Available Shifts & Positions Please review the available schedules below. Pay rates vary within the $15.50•$17.50 range based on the specific shift and position offered.
Operator II Schedule:
Monday•Thursday | 6:00 PM•6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Requirement:
2 years of Machine Operation experience required.
Operator I Schedule:
4-on / 4-off rotating schedule | 6:00 AM•6:00 PM (Day Shift)
Requirement:
1 year of Manufacturing experience required.
Warehouse Associate Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 6:00 AM•6:00 PM (Day Shift)
Requirement:
Forklift experience required
Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation:
Operate automated assembly equipment (procuring/loading material, monitoring the Human Machine Interface (HMI) for faults, and escalating issues to technicians as needed).
Quality Control:
Support a quality work environment by following established policies, performing periodic visual inspections, and gauging.
Documentation:
Accurately document production and quality records on specified forms.
Packaging & Labeling:
Mark and label containers, tags, or products using marking tools. Pack and seal products/containers using hand tools.
Material Handling:
Transfer palleted material within the production area using a manual pallet jack.
Site Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and safe work area using basic cleaning materials.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve production problems in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1-2 years of relevant experience (Manufacturing, Machine Operation, or Forklift) depending on the desired position. Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines. Strong attention to detail for documentation and visual inspections. Ability to handle physical tasks, including using hand tools and operating a manual pallet jack. Reliable transportation and a strong track record of attendance.
Pay:
$16.50•$17.50 per hour
