Responsibilities Perform heavy lifting and rigging operations safely to move boats and equipment within the yard Support vehicle maintenance activities related to boat transportation equipment and yard vehicles Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs or project updates Assist in the training of new team members or interns with technical procedures and safety protocols Qualifications Prior experience working with and around boats Hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, soldering equipment, calipers, and precision measuring instruments Mechanical knowledge related to boat systems or vehicle maintenance is a plus Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities Familiarity with maintenance procedures for boats or yard machinery is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to craftsmanship and excellence in boat maintenance! Pay:

$12.50 - $15.00 per hour
