MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A LEAD OR SUPERVISOR

Forklift experience is preferred Must have a valid driver's license & current registration in your name Able to read and understand English Dependable, motivated, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift and standing for long periods

Pay & Benefits Pay:

$22.00

• ($24.75 After Daily Lunch Bonus Applied) per hour Earn PTO starting the first day of employment!

• no uniforms required Managers are on standby to assist you; we don't micromanage What You'll Do Lead by example to maintain productivity, safety, and positive team morale Promote and enforce all warehouse safety policies and best practices Process orders in UPS WorldShip/FedEx Portals Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain accurate records Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, cleaning, etc.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Communicate on multiple platforms (email, Teams) Read and explain Bills of Lading Understand and apply Ti/Hi stacking requirements Continuously look for ways to streamline processes and improve accuracy Take ownership of results and follow through on commitments Comfortable learning and using warehouse technology, scanners, and digital tools Answering Screening Questions (Required) If you do not answer these, Indeed will not send your resume for review.
