Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Assistance professional, where your energy and attention to detail will drive smooth and efficient delivery operations. In this role, you will support the movement of goods within our warehouse, assist with order fulfillment, and ensure timely loading and unloading of shipments. Your proactive approach will help maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading trucks using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols. Support order picking and packing processes by utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Help with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy through regular stock checks. Operate equipment including forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and RF scanners to move products efficiently within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely shipping & receiving processes, including preparing shipments for dispatch and verifying incoming deliveries. Support warehouse distribution activities by assisting in order picking, packing, and labeling for e-commerce orders. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following proper safety procedures during load & unload activities and warehouse operations. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred. Ability to operate equipment such as forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and RF scanner safely and effectively. Basic math skills for inventory counting, order processing, and measurement tasks. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or MRPs is a plus. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes. Strong attention to detail in picking & packing orders accurately. Good communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment. Join us in delivering excellence!
