We are known for exceptional customer service, fast turnaround times, and products trusted by the country's highest regarded professionals. As we expand and grow our Raleigh warehouse, we are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day order fulfillment and inventory. This is a hands-on warehouse role focused on accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This is a great fit for someone who is reliable, extra detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. What You'll DoOrder Picking and Packing Pick customer orders accurately based on order details Pack products neatly and securely for shipment Verify items, quantities, and order accuracy before shipping Label and prepare packages for carrier pickup Help ensure orders are completed on time and with care Warehouse Support Restock shelves and organize inventory as needed Keep packing stations and warehouse areas clean and organized Assist with receiving, sorting, and putting away inventory Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to a supervisor Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines Team Support Work with the warehouse team to keep daily fulfillment moving smoothly Help during busy periods with bulk orders or special projects Jump in where needed to support basic warehouse operations What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Ability to follow instructions and stay organized Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods of time Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Bonus Experience Not required, but helpful: Experience in e-commerce fulfillment Experience using shipping software or barcode scanners Familiarity with inventory organization Background in military, tactical, or first responder communities Location and Schedule On-site in Raleigh, NC Part-time to full-time hours based on business needs Approximately 20 hours per week during training and 40 hours per week thereafter Compensation and Benefits $16 to $18 per hour based on experience On-the-job training Bonus opportunities Healthcare benefits for eligible employees 401(k) retirement plan for eligible employees Why Badass Patches Join a fast-growing, veteran-owned company Be part of a small team where your work matters Help fulfill products used by military units, first responders, and organizations nationwide Opportunity to grow as the Raleigh warehouse expands Badass Patches is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
