We are looking for an energetic, organized Parts Runner & Warehouse Associate to be the backbone of our daily operations. Qualifications:

Prior experience in a warehouse, driving/delivery, or HVAC environment is preferred but not required —we will train the right person! Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is strictly required. Ability to pass a background check and drug test(s) as required by the company. Strong tech literacy (comfortable using smartphones/tablets for tracking and communication). Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver heavy HVAC equipment and parts (up to 50+ lbs independently, or more with appropriate devices/manpower); ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

Major Functions:

Parts Running:

Delivering parts, tools, and equipment directly to technicians at residential job sites safely and efficiently to keep jobs on schedule.

Equipment Staging:

Reviewing the next day's job schedules to pull, organize, and stage correct HVAC equipment, sheet metal, and materials for install crews.

Inventory Management:

Learning and utilizing our inventory tracking system to check in freight, log received parts, stock shelves, and keep count accuracy tight.

Shop & Fleet Maintenance:

Keeping the warehouse, loading areas, and scrap yards clean, safe, and organized. Assisting with the upkeep and cleanliness of shop vehicles.

Team Support:

Being the ultimate "team player" by helping technicians load/unload trucks in the morning and jumping in wherever help is needed most.

Professional Growth:

Participating in company-provided training to master inventory control and potentially grow into purchasing or technical roles.

Other Requirements:

Observing all company procedures and safety rules (including safe driving practices). Maintaining accurate time records. Working collaboratively with dispatch, managers, and field staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Performing other shop and operational tasks as requested by management.
