At MichaelSon Services, as a Warehouse Associate, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our warehouse is clean, organized, and efficient. From utilizing company vehicles to deliver parts to technicians in the field to operating a forklift for loading and unloading deliveries to maintaining the grounds by mowing the lawn and doing minor repairs around the office. A little about us Founded in 1976, and based out of Alexandria, VA, Michael and Son Services, Inc. is the premier provider of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Restoration services in Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina.
Job Responsibilies Van customization:
Install shelving, racks, and storage units into commercial fleet vehicles
Tool Usage:
Operate power drills, impact wrenches, measuring topes, and hand tools safely.
Forklift Operation:
Move, load, and unload heavy pallets of inventory using a forklift
Groundskeeping:
Maintain outdoor property by mowing lawns, clearing debris, and managing trash
Inventory Control:
Receive incoming shipments and organize parts within the warehouse
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience operating a forklift (certification preferred)
Technical Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with power tools
Physical Ability:
Capability to lift up to 50lbs. and bend or kneel inside tight vehicle spaces.
Detailed Oriented:
Ability to Follow precise installation diagrams Good command of English Must Have a Valid Driver's License

Monday•Friday 7am•4pm
Pay:
