Job Description

About the Role As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you will serve as a vital link in our supply chain by ensuring that customer orders are processed with precision and speed. You will leverage modern scanning technology to manage inventory flow, directly impacting our ability to meet delivery commitments and maintain high service standards. Responsibilities Execute accurate order fulfillment by locating and preparing items for outgoing shipments. Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure real-time inventory tracking and data integrity. Conduct routine cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain optimal stock accuracy. Streamline the shipping process by verifying product quantities and preparing goods for transport. Manage the intake of incoming materials, ensuring they are correctly shelved and documented. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to facilitate efficient operations. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in order fulfillment, picking, or warehouse distribution. Proficiency with RF barcode scanners and inventory management software. Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex pick tickets and work orders. Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Skills Prior experience operating forklift equipment. Background in shipping, receiving, or general material handling. Demonstrated ability to perform manual inventory reconciliation.
