About the Role Join our dynamic logistics team as a Warehouse Material Handling Specialist, where you will play a vital role in maintaining supply chain efficiency. You will utilize your expertise in operating industrial lift equipment to ensure that inventory is accurately moved, organized, and prepared for timely distribution. Responsibilities Safely navigate warehouse aisles using stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker forklifts to transport goods. Execute precise order fulfillment by utilizing RF scanning technology to track and locate inventory. Streamline shipping and receiving processes by efficiently loading and unloading freight from transport vehicles. Optimize warehouse storage by replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of organization. Conduct proactive equipment inspections to ensure operational safety and minimize downtime. Contribute to a high-performance environment by maintaining a clean and orderly workspace. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 1 year of recent, hands-on experience operating industrial forklifts. Demonstrated proficiency with stand-up, sit-down, and cherry picker equipment. Proven ability to utilize RF scanners for inventory management and order accuracy. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and attendance reliability. Preferred Skills Prior experience in high-volume shipping and receiving environments. Formal forklift certification or training documentation. Background in general material handling and warehouse logistics.
