WAREHOUSE
Associate SUMMARY:
A warehouse associate is responsible for pulling customer tile orders and contractor supplies, accurately and safely. Receiving material. This task will be performed using a forklift or manual loading.
SHIFT:
Must be able to work 8+ hours a day 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri Triangle Tile & Stone of NC is a family owned and operated ceramic, porcelain and natural stone company that is headquartered in Raleigh, NC. Owners are dedicated to the goal of providing customers a beautiful showroom, a knowledgeable and professional design staff and quality products with an emphasis on customer service. Triangle Tile & Stone has become the leading showroom and tile supplier in the area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pull customer orders and assist customers Move products to loading areas Load products on customer's vehicle/truck Ensure that product is well secured on vehicle/truck and takes all necessary safety measures Unload products from commercial shipping companies using forklifts Restock inventory products Responsible for helping to maintain a clean and safe warehouse for staff and customers Performs additional duties as required and or requested. Deliver tile Assist in moving slabs
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 1+ years warehouse experience preferred 1+ years forklift experience preferred Ability to use Computers Good communicate skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Valid drivers license EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School Education required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must be able to lift, pull and move up to 50 pounds.
