Full-Time, Overnight | 4 Night Workweek | 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM Enjoy a four-night workweek with one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Flexibility to work either day is a plus! Sizemore, Inc. is hiring Overnight Warehouse Cleaning Associates to join our team at a fast-paced logistics and distribution center in Smithfield, NC. This role is essential to keeping the operation running smoothly by maintaining clean and safe work areas throughout the shift. If you are dependable , physically active , and enjoy working in a team-oriented warehouse environment , we want to hear from you! Schedule 4 nights per week, 10-hour shifts Shift Hours:
6:00 PM - 5:00 AM Includes one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) Flexibility to work either weekend day is a plus Enjoy a consistent 4-night workweek Key Responsibilities Remove empty cardboard boxes from designated collection bins on the sortation line Frequently bend, reach, and lift to retrieve boxes from bins Transport empty boxes short distances and place them onto a conveyor system for disposal Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas Work safely and efficiently alongside sortation staff in a high-volume fast-paced environment Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements Physical Requirements Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching Continuous walking throughout shift Ability to lift and move light to moderate materials regularly Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting Requirements Strong attendance and reliability are critical to success in this role Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must provide and wear C omposite Toe Work Shoes prior to starting Required PPE (provided): Ear protection Cut-resistant gloves We conduct 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment.
