Entry Level Warehouse Associate Job Description:

Set up and operate production equipment according to factory masters, ensuring accurate machine loading, bundling, and delivery processes. Maintain product quality and accuracy by monitoring box quality, verifying bundle/unit counts, and ensuring proper cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags. Support machine operators and team workflow, assisting with production tasks and helping maintain the production schedule. Complete documentation and reporting such as production counts, quality issues, and required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner. Promote safety and equipment reliability by following company policies, maintaining good housekeeping, and submitting proactive maintenance work orders.

Entry Level Warehouse Associate Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment. High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the entire shift.
