Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pallet Repairer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and refurbishing pallets to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Your expertise will help maintain efficient logistics operations and support our commitment to sustainability by extending the lifespan of pallets. This position offers an energetic environment where your skills will be highly valued and utilized daily. Responsibilities Inspect damaged or worn pallets to determine repair needs using hand tools and power tools. Repair or rebuild pallets by replacing broken boards, nails, staples, or metal fasteners with precision and care. •Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed during repair. Collaborate with team members to improve pallet repair procedures and implement best practices for efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience with pallet not required but ability to learn in fast pace environment Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, forklift. Will train. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction site experience and equipment operation.
