Job Description

Position Overview The Warehouse & Delivery Operations Associate supports daily operations within our manufacturing facility by organizing the warehouse, pulling and preparing orders, driving a 24‑foot box truck for deliveries to retail stores, and assisting with all shipping and receiving functions. This role requires someone who is self‑motivated , dependable, and comfortable working independently for extended periods while still collaborating effectively with the team when needed. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Organization & Inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout Restock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure accurate labeling Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits Work independently to keep the warehouse running smoothly throughout the day. Order Pulling & Fulfillment Pick, pack, and stage orders according to pick lists Verify accuracy and quality of all outgoing shipments Prepare pallets and loads for delivery Delivery Driving (24‑Foot Box Truck) Safely operate a 24‑ft box truck to deliver products to retail store locations Load and unload truck using pallet jacks or liftgates Provide excellent customer service during deliveries Maintain delivery logs and follow assigned routes and schedules Shipping & Receiving (Inbound & Outbound) Receive inbound freight, inspect shipments, and verify paperwork Unload trucks and move materials to appropriate storage areas Load outbound shipments onto trailers, ensuring accuracy and secure placement Stage outbound pallets and prepare them for trailer loading Support general dock operations as needed General Operations Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies Assist with other warehouse or production tasks as needed Stay productive and proactive when working alone Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience driving a 24‑ft box truck or similar commercial vehicle 1-3 years of warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience preferred Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and operate pallet jacks/forklifts (certification a plus) Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills Self‑motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused
