We take pride in our craftsmanship, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a hardworking and dependable Loader to join our team and support daily operations. Job Summary The Loader is responsible for loading, unloading, organizing, and transporting materials, equipment, and supplies needed for painting projects. This role helps ensure that crews have the necessary tools and materials available to complete projects safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Load and unload painting supplies, materials, tools, and equipment. Organize materials in storage areas, vehicles, and job sites. Verify materials and equipment before loading and unloading. Assist with preparing deliveries for project locations. Transport materials between warehouse, storage areas, and job sites as needed. Maintain inventory of commonly used supplies and report shortages. Keep loading, storage, and work areas clean and organized. Follow company safety procedures and proper material-handling practices. Assist team members with general labor and warehouse support tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs or more. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to safety and organization. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license is a plus but not required. Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of operational tasks. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Day shift Overtime opportunities may be available based on project needs.
