Job Description

BekaertDeslee is the world's leading specialist in the development and manufacturing of mattress textiles, mattress covers and on trend sleep solutions with U.S. operations in Winston-Salem, NC. BekaertDeslee develops stylish and smart mattress fabrics that will inspire, comfort and protect you during the night. The main objective as a Material Handler is assisting the Inspectors with the handling of fabric rolls.
Below are other essential functions:
Unload containers (daily) of fabric and raw materials Locate fabric in warehouse racks using scanning gun Supply fill yarn (daily) to weave room and Knitting Dept. Per their requirements Supply Warping Dept. With warping yarn per their requirements Pull fabric out of racks by pick lists and prepare for shipping Load trucks with corresponding orders Maintain cycle counts of inventory Maintain clean and orderly warehouse Unload trailers with forklift - sometimes manually Operate order picker; pull rolls out of racks Physically load rolls of fabric into trailers Other duties, as assigned
