Job Description

Start Pay:
$17.00/hour Employees are NOT to disclose pay rate information with employees or coworkers.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Attendance and punctuality are very important. All associates are expected to arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance.

Receiving Clerk / Production (Warehouse)
Reporting To:
Warehouse Manager Basic Requirements:
Must speak and write fluent English Ability to communicate via email and Microsoft Teams Basic computer knowledge required, including typing (approximately 40 WPM) Ability to navigate the web to perform basic product research Experience using handheld devices is a plus Basic ERP system knowledge preferred Ability to print and manage documents Candidates must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. This role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 70 lbs. Any items exceeding 70 lbs. require a two-person lift. A positive attitude, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to work as part of a team are essential. Important Information to
Know:
1. Due to the nature of the business, ESD practices are required. An ESD jacket must be worn at all times during working hours and will be provided. 2. Training will be provided regarding daily responsibilities and job duties. 3. Associates must have a user ID and password for the time clock system prior to their start date. 4. Employees are expected to follow all company handbook policies and workplace requirements. 5. Attendance expectations are strictly enforced. Employees are responsible for reporting absences or tardiness. A 5-minute grace period is allowed; anything beyond that will be considered tardy. Any absence or late arrival must be reported at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. 6.
Dress Code:
Casual attire is acceptable. No tank tops or clothing displaying profanity, inappropriate language, or drug-related imagery. 7. Personal phones and electronic devices may not be used or plugged into company property. Phones should only be used for emergency calls. #LIND26
