Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30

PM Pay Rate:

$21.00 per hour

Fargo, ND Position Summary We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Selector to join a fast-paced distribution environment. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, staging, shipping, and receiving products while maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a Motorized Pallet Jack and be comfortable working in a physically demanding warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities Accurately select, pick, and stage customer orders for shipment Load and unload freight safely and efficiently Operate a Motorized Pallet Jack and other warehouse equipment as required Move, stack, and store products in designated warehouse locations Verify order accuracy and inspect products for damage Wrap pallets, consolidate freight, pack orders, and complete shipment confirmations Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Complete equipment inspections and required documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform general warehouse and sanitation duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum 6 months of Motorized Pallet Jack experience required Ability to obtain equipment certification Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and computer skills High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 10-12 hours per shift Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures, lighting conditions, and noise levels Flexibility to work overtime or additional hours as business needs require This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse and pallet jack experience looking to join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
