Acme Tools in Minot, ND is looking to hire a full-time Equipment Yard Associate. Role:
As an Equipment Yard Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment yard. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and organize the equipment yard, ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and accounted for. You will also be responsible for performing regular equipment inspections and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and organize equipment around the yard Clean and maintain equipment for sale and store use Inspect equipment for damage and report repairs needed Ensure all product is tagged with part numbers, bar codes, and stores in the proper locations Gather equipment and inventory needed for build sheets and place them in stage areas for assembly Assemble, price, and complete pre-delivery inspections for trailers and other pieces of equipment Create work orders for trade-in equipment before they are listed for sale Help hitch customers' trailers purchased Take photos of trailers and equipment to be posted online for sale Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting suspicious activity Complete related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Computer skills and ability to learn new software Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the duration of your shift Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
