Job Description

AEPartners is seeking a motivated Warehouse and Yard Attendant to join our Clients Supply Chain team in North Dakota. This position supports daily operations by managing materials, equipment, and yard logistics for our Oil & Gas division. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Assist Operations teams with filling inventory and material orders from the yard and warehouse. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials both physically and in system databases. Safely operate heavy equipment to load, unload, and organize yard inventory. Requisition and coordinate material deliveries based on project schedules and availability. Maintain accurate yard logs, inventory records, and material tracking spreadsheets. Perform regular yard audits, inventories, and reconciliations. Manage the movement, repair, return, or replacement of materials and parts. Support expediting activities and other supply chain projects as assigned. Collaborate with field teams and internal departments to ensure operational needs are met on time.
Qualifications Education:
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
Experience:
1+ year in supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or oil & gas operations preferred.
Skills:
Knowledge of casing, tubing, wellhead, or production equipment (preferred). Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word). Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
Other Requirements:
Ability to operate heavy equipment (forklift, loader, etc.). Must be able to lift and move materials as needed. Willingness to travel to field locations and vendor facilities. Why AEPartners?
