Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for assisting with the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of products. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. All policies, procedures, and standards will be trained on the job, and it is ultimately your responsibility to learn them within an acceptable time frame. Said time frame will be established based on the task instructed at the time. Key Responsibilities and Expectations Receive, unload, and process incoming stock and materials per company standards. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping, will call and/or place them in designated delivery staging area according to company standards. Organize, label (product and bin location when necessary) and maintain inventory in designated warehouse/office areas. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks. Inspect products for quality and accuracy upon receipt from vendor and before outgoing shipment(s). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment within GCP facilities and perimeters. Follow all safety guidelines and company policies. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as required. Support other warehouse and facility tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. regularly. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift certification (preferred, but training may be provided). Working Conditions Full-time position with potential overtime as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Work may be performed in varying temperatures depending on the warehouse environment. Pay is dependent on experience
Pay:
$19.00 - $29.65 per hour
