$20/hour (1st Shift) / $21/hour (2nd Shift) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Order Selector / Equipment Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for accurately picking orders, operating warehouse equipment, and supporting the movement of materials throughout the distribution center. What You'll Do Operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently. Pick and stage customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Receive, store, and move inventory throughout the warehouse. Load and unload materials as needed. Perform inventory counts and cycle counts. Package and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support warehouse operations and assist with other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous experience operating reach trucks, cherry pickers, order pickers, or similar warehouse equipment. Experience in order selecting, picking, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations. Comfortable working at elevated heights. Ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Reach truck experience. Cherry picker/order picker experience. Experience with inventory transactions and warehouse management systems. Forklift certification (current or previous).
