Job Summary :

The Warehouse associate plays a critical role in operations, supporting customers and dealers, coordinating order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to inventory processes. Making sure items are complete, packed correctly, and safely loaded.

Duties/Responsibilities :

Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner Handle inbound and outbound products when needed in the Warehouse Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied Collaborate with customers and internal teams on delivery details and directions Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc. Purchase Order & Inventory Management Receive POs and ensure accurate inventory updates - check in and verify counts on inbound inventory

Qualifications:

Proficient computer skills; and software tools

Gives the customers internal/external needs priority, and responds quickly to customer concerns

Interpersonal Communication:

Listens to others expressing ideas both orally and in writing, and providing relevant information to management, co-workers, and customers. Makes a conscious effort to give explicit instructions or answers, seeks understanding, encourages feedback, and listens carefully to others

Adaptability/Autonomy:

Maintains a productive schedule, timeline, and goals High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inside sales, order entry or customer service, strongly preferred Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Mechanical Aptitude Previous hilo experience, strongly preferred Ability to obtain hilo certification Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
