What to expect : Position Summary The Group Leader, Warehouse is responsible for providing leadership and direction to co-workers in the execution and completion of daily tasks, including work order fulfillment, receipt activities, and the processing of customer and field service orders. The role emphasizes a strong commitment to safety, compliance with quality systems, and adherence to all applicable standards and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prioritize assignments and ensure production needs are met daily.
  • Retrieve and ensure computer-generated customer shipping orders are picked and shipped in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations.
  • Perform daily receipts for all incoming materials.
  • Assign duties to the warehouse team based on daily workload requirements.
  • Perform data entry and prepare shipment documentation per carrier requirements.
  • Complete all necessary documentation and reports.
  • Assist with inventory cycle counting.
  • Provide supervisors with personnel evaluations and assist in employee training.
  • Support team growth through training and engagement.
  • Assist Shipping functions when needed.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What we expect:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in an FDA-controlled environment preferred.
  • DOT Hazardous Materials training preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MRP systems required.

The annualized base salary range for this salaried role is $53,800-80,700.00 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
