Workory Talent has teamed up with one of the largest wholesale distributors on the east coast. We are assisting in helping them bring on a Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a carved pathway to advancement both professionally and financially. This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations for a company serving contractors, service teams, and commercial customers across industries such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, PVF, industrial supply, and related building/trade supply markets. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and willing to help wherever needed.

What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will help keep products moving accurately and efficiently through the warehouse. Responsibilities may include:
Receive, unload, and put away incoming material Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders Load and unload trucks Pull orders for delivery, will call, counter sales, or branch transfers Check product counts, part numbers, and order accuracy Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and forklifts when trained or certified Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Follow company safety procedures and warehouse processes Communicate with warehouse, counter, sales, and delivery teams as needed Help with general warehouse duties and other tasks assigned by the supervisor Physical Requirements:
This is an active warehouse position. Candidates should be able to:
Lift and move boxes, pipe, parts, tools, equipment, or packaged material Stand and walk for most of the shift Bend, reach, squat, push, pull, and carry material as needed Work safely around warehouse equipment, trucks, racks, and product storage areas Handle both small parts and larger/bulkier warehouse items depending on the company's product line•Equal Opportunity Workory Talent is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
