Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement, storage, and management of goods within our warehouse facility. Your contributions will support seamless warehouse distribution, accurate order fulfillment, and timely shipping and receiving operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and the ability to operate various equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in e-commerce logistics, inventory control, and warehouse safety protocols. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and efficiency, adhering to quality standards. Assist in stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing inventory for easy access. Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying shipments against documentation and recording transactions. Support order fulfillment processes by selecting items accurately using order pickers and RF scanners. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution workflows. Assist with load & unload activities for incoming and outgoing shipments. Support inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment responsibly while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or in logistics is highly preferred. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely; certification is a plus. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment processes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and inventory control. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Knowledge of e-commerce logistics processes is advantageous. Effective communication skills to collaborate within a team environment. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods. This position is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse operations that support our commitment to timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Overview Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
