Compensation:

$22-$25 per hour , based on experience.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (No weekends) We're looking for a dependable, energetic Warehouse Associate II who enjoys working with both products and people . In addition to shipping, receiving, and inventory responsibilities, you'll interact with walk-in customers, assist with product pickups, and represent our company with professionalism and a friendly attitude. What You'll Do Pull, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies. Prepare and schedule LTL shipments. Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse. Assist walk-in customers by providing prompt, friendly, and professional service. Help customers locate products and answer basic questions. Operate a forklift safely to move materials throughout the warehouse. Maintain accurate inventory and organize warehouse stock. Work closely with the office and warehouse teams to ensure customer orders are completed on time. Pitch in wherever needed in our collaborative, small-company environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2-5 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience.. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to accurately use a tape measure. Knowledge of metal products is a plus. Experience with UPS WorldShip or FedEx shipping software is a plus. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday.
