Based on experience Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support both office and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate invoicing, smooth order processing, and efficient coordination between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare, process, and manage invoices with a high level of accuracy Enter and update order information, ensuring all data is correct and up to date Handle shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading and packing slips Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers regarding orders, shipments, and deliveries Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy record access Track orders and shipments, providing updates when needed Assist with inventory tracking and report discrepancies to management Support general office operations including emails, phone calls, and administrative tasks Help resolve issues related to orders, invoices, or shipping delays in a timely manner Ensure all documentation is completed and filed according to company procedures Requirements 3+ years of administrative or office experience (warehouse/logistics experience preferred) Strong computer skills, including invoicing and data entry Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle discrepancies efficientlyBilingual:
