Pay:
$16/hr Overview We're looking for a reliable Warehouse Lumper to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for safely loading and unloading freight, organizing pallets, and helping maintain an efficient dock operation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Load and unload freight, materials, and pallets from trailers or containers. Re-stack, wrap, and organize products as needed to prepare for storage or shipment. Verify shipment counts, product quality, and accuracy against documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on the dock. Follow safety procedures and use proper lifting techniques. Communicate with warehouse leads, drivers, and supervisors to ensure smooth dock operations. Requirements Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced dock environment (may include temperature variations). Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable attendance and commitment to safety.
