Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. We are seeking Warehouse Associates in Burlington, NJ! Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm Summary An inventory associate plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Their responsibilities typically include:
Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management software Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile any discrepancies Implement effective inventory control methods and procedures Identify and dispose of obsolete or damaged inventory in accordance with company policies Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies Work with the logistics team to manage shipping processes and schedules Position is full time, on site Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. #

Pay Range:
$17-$18 per hour •The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
