Catelli Brothers Family of Foods , a family-owned company established over 75 years and specialized in the processing and marketing of veal, beef, and lamb products, is looking for 2nd shift Shipping Associates.

The Shipping Associate is the link between Production, QA, and our carriers staging and loading product accurately, maintaining FIFO/traceability, and keeping docks organized so every shipment leaves accurate without complaint, on schedule, and customer ready. Key Responsibilities Operate basic equipment in accordance with standard and safe operating procedures including Lockout/Tagout Programs Order preparations/picking Load and unload trucks when needed Strong organizational skills Driving lift equipment with proper license in a safe manner at all times Scanning products with RF guns Meet company standards and customer specifications Wear all mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which the company provide apparel Maintain quality of service by following operational and safety standards Assist in cleaning and sanitation of equipment as needed Assist in cleanliness of general work area Ability to work in refrigerated work environment of 35°F

• +10°F Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle physical workload Must be flexible with working overtime as needed Additional duties and responsibility as assigned

Education/Training:

High School graduate or GED preferred. Basic Reading, Writing and Math skills.

Related Experience/Requirements:

Minimum two-five years' experience in food production or food warehouse environment preferred. Must have reach forklift experience.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Job requires workers to lift up to 60 + lbs. Ability to lift, push or pull up as needed.

Must be able to:

step, climb, balance, squat, kneel, bend and reach above shoulders as needed.
