Job Description

We are seeking full-time warehouse associate for the Flowers Foods distribution center in Cinnaminson, NJ. Flowers Foods owns several well-known brands including Dave's Killer Bread, Wonder Bread, Tastykake & Nature's Own. The Warehouse Shipper is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of outbound shipments. This role plays a key part in verifying orders, coordinating with distributors, and serving as a communication bridge between the sales and shipping departments to resolve any order discrepancies.
Available Shift:
Full Time, 5 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday) 10:00AM - 6:00
PM Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
Verify outgoing orders for accuracy, including quantities, product specifications, and shipping details Prepare and process shipments in accordance with company standards and deadlines Communicate promptly with distributors regarding order discrepancies, delays, or issues Act as a liaison between the sales and warehouse/shipping teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues efficiently Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Experience coordinating with distributors or vendors Familiarity with order management or warehouse management systems (WMS) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience (6+ months) in a warehouse or shipping role. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills (inventory/shipping systems experience is a plus) Ability to lift and move packages as required (specify weight if needed) #ind
