Job Description
About the Role We're a growing food manufacturing and warehouse operation looking for a reliable, hands-on warehouse worker. You'll pack orders, operate equipment, and keep things running on the floor. If you're mechanically inclined and good with your hands, you'll fit right in. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Operate a forklift to move and stage materials (certification a plus) Run basic machinery (e.g., drills, hand tools, production equipment) Perform minor equipment troubleshooting and repairs when machines go down Handle moderate heavy lifting and general warehouse tasks Requirements Comfortable operating a forklift Basic mechanical skills, able to diagnose and fix simple equipment issues Able to lift up to [50] lbs and stay on your feet during shifts Dependable, punctual, and a team player Prior warehouse or production experience preferred
