Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Truck Unloaders / Material Handlers to support warehouse operations in Cranford, NJ. This role is responsible for unloading incoming shipments of doors and windows, moving materials throughout the facility, and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically active warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Unload trucks containing doors, windows, and related materials safely and efficiently Move and transport materials throughout the warehouse using proper equipment and techniques Organize and store inventory in designated locations Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report any discrepancies or damages Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as needed Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques Support general warehouse operations as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, material handling, or unloading experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently (50+ lbs) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions IND2
