$20.00 - $20.00 per Hour Overview Our client in Edison, NJ is currently hiring Lumpers / Container Unloaders for a physically demanding warehouse unloading operation. This position involves unloading freight from containers, palletizing product, sorting materials, and assisting with outbound loading activities in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is hands-on unloading work — not light warehouse work. We are looking for reliable workers who can show up consistently, work hard, and perform well in a team-based environment. Responsibilities

• Unload freight from containers safely and efficiently
• Palletize and sort product for warehouse distribution
• Assist with loading outbound shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times
• Work closely with unloading teams to complete daily assignments Requirements
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, move, and handle freight continuously
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
• Steel toe boots required
• Warehouse, unloading, dock, or lumper experience preferred
• Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Schedule
• 1st Shift
• Monday - Friday

Start Time:

8:00 AM Compensation

• Team-based unload/load pay structure

Unload Pay:

$105 per person

Load Pay:
