Warehouse Worker (Bilingual)

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker/Checker to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping & receiving. Your proactive approach and strong work ethic will help maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all warehouse functions. Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently Conduct thorough order picking and packing using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accurate order fulfillment Verify incoming and outgoing shipments through quality control checks, ensuring all items are correctly labeled, packed, and documented Assist with stock replenishment by stocking shelves accurately and maintaining organized storage areas Support shipping & receiving processes by preparing shipments, checking for damages, and maintaining detailed records of inventory movements Perform regular inventory counts and assist with warehouse distribution tasks to optimize space utilization Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and operating heavy equipment responsibly Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in picking & packing, stock management, and order fulfillment Ability to operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely; certification is preferred but not mandatory Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software for inventory tracking and order processing Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for handling materials handling equipment effectively Strong attention to detail for quality control checks and verifying shipments accurately Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, load & unload items regularly, and stand or walk for extended periods Prior experience in shipping & receiving roles or warehouse supervision is advantageous but not required be able to communicate in Spanish Join our team today!
