WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Duties Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order pickers and RF scanners to ensure precise order fulfillment Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize space utilization and facilitate quick access Assist with shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing deliveries Support warehouse distribution efforts by loading trucks and unloading incoming freight with proper safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following packaging standards and safety protocols at all times Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar inventory software is advantageous Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or MRPs (Material Resource Planning systems) is a plus Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and stock management techniques is desirable Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments are essential Ability to work effectively using RF scanners for order picking & inventory updates Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions precisely are critical for success in this role Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse operations!
