Full‑Time About Us We are a fast‑growing logistics and furniture handling company based in Elizabeth, NJ. Our warehouse receives, inspects, stores, and delivers high‑end furniture for designers, retailers, and residential clients across New Jersey and the tri‑state area. We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate who can work efficiently, communicate clearly, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Receive incoming furniture shipments and verify quantities against packing lists Inspect all items for damage or defects; take clear photos and document condition Tag, label, and organize inventory using our warehouse management process Communicate with clients, designers, and drivers regarding order status and delivery readiness Prepare items for delivery, including staging, wrapping, padding, and loading Assist with loading and unloading trucks (team lifting required) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow company procedures for inventory control and quality checks Move, lift, and handle furniture carefully to prevent damage Support general warehouse tasks as needed (sweeping, organizing, restocking supplies) Qualifications Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or furniture handling experience preferred Ability to lift 50-100 lbs with team assistance Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for photos and documentation Good communication skills (in‑person, phone, and email) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Valid driver's license is a plus Familiarity with the Elizabeth/Union County area is helpful for deliveries Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday schedule (occasional weekends as needed) Competitive hourly pay based on experience Growth potential within the company for motivated workers Why Work With Us Stable, long‑term opportunity in a growing logistics company Positive team environment with clear processes and training Hands‑on, active work with room to advance Convenient Elizabeth location near major highways (I‑95, Route 1&9, Turnpike)
