This is a fast-paced position responsible for picking, packing, and preparing food products for shipment to restaurants and customers. The warehouse remains cold throughout the entire shift Employees are regularly working around refrigerated food products Multiple layers, jackets, hoodies, thermal clothing, gloves, and warm socks are strongly recommended Candidates who do not like working in cold temperatures may not find this position to be a good fit Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required before starting Job Responsibilities Pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Pack products accurately and securely for shipment Stage, sort, and organize inventory Load and unload trucks safely Verify order accuracy and perform quality checks Support shipping and receiving operations Maintain inventory accuracy Follow all warehouse safety procedures Keep work areas clean and organized Physical Requirements Lift 50-70 pounds consistently throughout the shift Stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods Work in a refrigerated warehouse environment for the duration of the shift Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required before starting Why Apply?
