Experienced Night Warehouse Selector Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Sunday Night through Thursday Night (typically 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM) Additional overtime may be available on Friday nights and during peak periods. Position Overview Established foodservice distribution company seeking an experienced Night Warehouse Selector to join our overnight warehouse team. This is not an entry-level warehouse position. We are looking for dependable individuals with prior order selection experience who can work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment. Foodservice distribution experience is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Accurately select customer orders for next-day delivery Build pallets safely and efficiently Meet productivity and accuracy standards Work in refrigerated and freezer environments as required Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse order selection experience Foodservice distribution experience strongly preferred Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems Experience working in refrigerated and freezer environments Ability to repeatedly lift products weighing up to 75 pounds Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record What We're Looking For We are seeking team members who: Show up on time, every shift Take pride in accuracy and productivity Work well in a fast-paced warehouse environment Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude Are looking for a long-term opportunity with room for growth Compensation & Benefits $20.00 - $24.00 per hour based on experience Overtime opportunities available 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision benefits available Paid time off Long-term advancement opportunities Foodservice warehouse selection experience may qualify candidates for higher starting pay within the posted range.
