Job Description

Our client, a decorative vinyl and fabric distribution company, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join their team in Lakewood, NJ. In this role, you will support the daily logistics of the facility by handling inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring the accurate selection and preparation of fabric and vinyl products to meet specific order requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming stock for accuracy and quality Pick and pack orders accurately, reading product labels to select correct fabric types, colors, and dimensions Help select and customize products to specific order amounts and dimensions Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts as needed Assist with team lifts of heavy materials up to 75 lbs Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are properly stored and organized Adhere to all warehouse safety regulations and procedures at all times Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the shift
Requirements:
Must be able to read product labels in English to ensure correct order fulfillment — critical to avoiding shipping errors Basic math skills required Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Prior warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as a team lift and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift Forklift experience is a plus Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate:
$20.00•$21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
