Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Accurately handle and organize screws, bolts, fasteners, and other industrial hardware products. Maintain clean, organized inventory locations and bin systems to ensure operational efficiency. Organize pallets, incoming shipments, and warehouse storage areas. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory using scales and inventory tracking procedures. Follow warehouse safety standards and contribute to a productive team environment. Demonstrate leadership potential and willingness to take on increased responsibilities as part of a future supervisory role.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout scheduled shifts. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on inventory and order accuracy. Good organizational and communication skills. Motivated to grow into a Warehouse Supervisor or management position.
