Duties Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks to move products within the facility. Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly documented. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space in compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and address any operational issues. Participate in inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies. Support fabrication tasks as needed, contributing to the overall productivity of the distribution center. Engage in heavy lifting tasks, moving products weighing up to 75 pounds or more as required. Skills Proficiency in operating pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment. Experience with order picking processes in a fast-paced environment. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with shipping and receiving protocols in a distribution setting. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
