• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Associate specializing in Large Goods to join our dynamic warehouse team.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, inspection, and storage of large items, ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your expertise will help facilitate accurate order fulfillment, timely shipping and receiving, and seamless inventory management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced team dedicated to excellence in warehouse distribution and e-commerce logistics. Responsibilities Unload and receive large and bulky shipments using proper equipment Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents Inspect goods for damage, shortages, or discrepancies Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment Accurately input receiving data into warehouse systems Stage and store inventory in designated warehouse locations using WMS Follow all safety procedures when handling heavy or oversized items Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse organization Communicate receiving issues to supervisors in a timely manner Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Prior experience working in a warehouse environment handling large or heavy goods is highly preferred. (Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience) Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Ability to lift and maneuver heavy and oversized items safely Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and stock management. Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, measurements, and packaging requirements. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols when operating equipment like forklifts and load/unload machinery. Good physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
