Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and production, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a General Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting operational excellence and contributing to the success of the team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner following operational standards and supervisor instructions. Handle the physical loading and unloading of materials, ensuring accuracy and safety at all times. Perform visual inspections of products to maintain quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and safety practices. Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery. What's Needed? No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks. Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. What's in it for me?
