Shipping Warehouse Clerk (Bilingual)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Pickup Clerk. This role ensures that all cabinet orders are accurately prepared, verified, and released on time, providing excellent service to customers, drivers, and internal teams. The Pickup Clerk is responsible for maintaining smooth, safe, and efficient pickup operations while proactively resolving issues and supporting the warehouse team.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-12:00pm Key Responsibilities Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional service Process and release pickup orders accurately and efficiently Verify orders for accuracy, completeness, and condition Stage and prepare orders with warehouse staff to ensure on-time pickups Communicate clearly with customers, drivers, and internal teams Take initiative to solve issues in real time and escalate when needed Maintain an organized, clean, and safe pickup area Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and operational standards Help improve processes and support the team to meet departmental goals Stay flexible to handle overtime, early/late shifts, or weekend work during peak periods Skills and Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Customer service experience preferred, warehouse or logistics experience (required) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to handle irate or high-pressure situations calmly Strong communication and team leadership abilities Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel, or internal systems
