Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, and Sun (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, stock management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience and be proficient with equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. This position plays a vital role in ensuring timely distribution of goods, accurate inventory control, and seamless e-commerce order processing. You will contribute to our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse safely and efficiently. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory movements, perform stock adjustments, and ensure accurate data entry. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order picking and packing processes. Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments. Stock shelves systematically to optimize space utilization while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems such as AS400. Support warehouse distribution operations by coordinating with logistics providers for timely delivery schedules. Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures during load & unload activities and operating equipment responsibly. Contribute to e-commerce order fulfillment by processing online orders swiftly using pick lists and order pickers. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and uphold quality standards. Requirements Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in shipping & receiving procedures. Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms, and MRP software. Experience with order fulfillment processes including picking & packing for e-commerce platforms. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations related to shipping weights or quantities. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items safely during load & unload activities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, inventory management, and documentation. Good communication skills to coordinate effectively within a team environment.
