Warehouse Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a full-time reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the daily operations of our warehouse in Passaic, NJ. This role includes order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Hours are M-F, 9am-5pm. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and restocking Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and stretch wrap machines Use RF scanners, WMS platforms, and shipping software Perform quality checks before shipments leave the warehouse Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and team to meet daily deadlines Qualifications 1-2+ years of warehouse experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift Experience with RF scanners, WMS systems, and shipping software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to warehouse safety procedures Strong command of English language Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities a bonus Experience with CRM or customer communication tools Availability for overtime during peak seasons

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
